Shipping

Shipping your shoes usually takes approximately 7 to 14 business days to reach their destination, regardless of the country. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real – time.

Shipping Fee: For all countries, if the total order amount is less than 69,wechargeashippingfeeof6.99. However, we offer free shipping on orders that total $69 or more. This is our way of showing appreciation to our customers for larger purchases.

Delivery

Please note that the total time it takes for you to receive your shoes is the sum of the order processing time and the shipping time. For example, if you order a pair of shoes, they will require 1 – 2 business days of processing time followed by 7 – 14 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can generally expect to receive your shoes within 8 – 16 business days for all countries.

Our system automatically selects the most suitable distribution logistics based on factors such as the sales platform, product size, and weight. If the street address of your order contains “PO Box”, the system will review and make a judgment based on the delivery logistics you have chosen. If the selected logistics method cannot deliver to an address with “PO Box”, the system will flag the order as abnormal. In such cases, our customer service staff will promptly notify you to either modify the address or cancel the order.
